I have a business opportunity....?

I have an idea for a music download site with a twist that I think would be a big hit. I don't really want to devuldge all the details because I want to keep the idea private until I know who I'm dealing with, and to assure that the idea is not stolen. Is there anyone who has the ability to help develop and back something like this? This is not a scam, and this is an origional idea that to my research no one is doing nor has anyone thought of this before. Please only serious replies...

Try to find someone who can guide the way to implement the idea. You will need to trust them. Perhaps a friend or a friend of a friend? Consider having them sign a confidentiality agreement. As with most all business, you'll need to trust people along the way. You can't do it all yourself. Do you know a lawyer?
