Reply:Nope, employers, although they don't admit it will always chose to employ a man over a woman if they have equal qualifications or the woman even if the woman is lsightly better (due to babies and stuff).

Reply:Women have a legal advantage over men in the workplace in that they can sue an employer for discrimination if they aren't hired, or if they aren't promoted fast enough; or they can sue their employers for the same thing. If they have an office romance that goes sour, they can accuse their former lover of sexual harassment and he will be presumed guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of the hysterical law.
