Just trying to see if theres any other sites similar to craigslist where you can list things such as online business opportunities state wide

Is there anything other than craigslist where you can list a business venture?
Kijiji.com and Backpage.com There are other classifieds but they won't bring you anywhere near as much traffic. I would start with these two first.

You have to try every possible way of spreading the word Even buying advertising on the grocery store shopping carts (i'm not involved in that). I opened my own business in 2001. I'm having fun.
