I bought a product overseas that is not available in this country. I think it would sell very well here. I have spoken to the manufacturer and waiting to get back to him. How do I start? Advertising, Sales, Stockroom etc? Where do I start? Any advice will be gladly received.

Hi, marketing is going to be your biggest job, also your most expensive. But if you have something to sell, you have to let ppl know you have it, so marketing is important.
Where do you intend selling this item? Through a web-site or stores, or markets..or any other way? Because each method requires a different approach to sales. If you intend to sell thro stores you need to begin letting ppl know about this product, and try to get some contracts for it. Obviously if you want to sell thro a website, just make your website and make sure you list it in the correct places.
Obviously you will need stock room as well, you need to decide where that is going to be, and how you will transport your products to the place of distribution - or selling point.
